We’re already through two weeks of the NFL season, and injuries and upsets have already derailed many dreams. Now for the third slate.

Tennessee Titans (-1.5) at Jacksonville Jaguars
The NFL is willfully putting this game in primetime. Half the stands will either be empty or teeming with Titans (1-1) fans, hoping to hand the Jaguars (0-2) their third straight loss. The most exciting things about either of these teams is the Jalen Ramsey situation, and he wants out.
Pick: Tennessee 16, Jacksonville 13
Atlanta Falcons at Indianapolis Colts (-2)
Good game. Atlanta (1-1) and Indianapolis (1-1) are both coming off important wins and can get a nice leg up with a quality victory on Sunday. Both teams also play in weak divisions, giving each a realistic shot to host a playoff game come January. Stack those wins.
Pick: Indianapolis 23, Atlanta 21
Baltimore Ravens at Kansas City Chiefs (-6.5)
This is the week’s best game. Lamar Jackson and Patrick Mahomes will be getting after it as Arrowhead Stadium rocks. Kansas City (2-0) is trying to keep pace with the Patriots. Baltimore (2-0) is trying to prove it’s a top-tier team. Ultimately, this comes down to Mahomes making a play or two no other human can.
Pick: Kansas City 30, Baltimore 24
Cincinnati Bengals at Buffalo Bills (-6)
Are the Bills (2-0) going to be 3-0? Probably. Buffalo should handle the Bengals (0-2), who still have a middling offense and arguably the league’s worst defense. Zac Taylor is a smart coach, but he’s in over his head this season.
Pick: Buffalo 24, Cincinnati 20
