The LSU Tigers won the National Championship Game on Monday, and in our latest 2020 NFL mock draft, their quarterback goes No. 1 overall.
The final four teams are left standing in the NFL playoffs, after a wild weekend of Divisional Round games locked in the Conference Championships. The San Francisco 49ers will take on the Green Bay Packers for the NFC crown, while the surprising Tennessee Titans will head to Kansas City to take on the Chiefs in the AFC title game.

Joe Burrow
Quarterback, Cincinnati Bengals
The incredible season that was for Joe Burrow came to a close on Monday night, as he led his LSU Tigers to a national title in their matchup against the Clemson Tigers. It has been a magical season for the Ohio native, as he not only led his team to a title, but also took home the Heisman Trophy award a month back.
With Cincinnati picking at No. 1 overall, it seems that the stars are aligning for this Ohio kid to go back home and play for the Bengals. Burrow has all the markings of a fantastic quarterback at the NFL level, as he has the arm talent, the brains, and the ability to will his teams to victory. He is a born leader.
The Bengals got good play from their team in 2019 despite the record, as the team seemed to play hard under first-year head coach Zac Taylor. The hope is that a new quarterback could be all the difference for this franchise, as they have talent on both sides of the ball, but need to turn the page from veteran Andy Dalton.
Chase Young
Edge, Washington Redskins
The Washington Redskins have their new head coach in place, and he is a good one in Ron Rivera, who led the Carolina Panthers to the Super Bowl. In that season, Rivera got an incredible effort from quarterback Cam Newton, but was also aided by a defense that was as dominant as any in the NFC.
Heading into his first season in Washington, Rivera has a lot of work to do, and that includes shoring up the defensive side of the ball. The easiest way to do that is to add the best defensive player in the draft class, bringing in Ohio State edge rusher Chase Young with the No. 2 overall pick in the draft.
Young is as good an edge rushing talent as we have seen, and has the kind of ability that could make him have the same impact as his former teammate, Nick Bosa. He is strong, lightning quick, and agile, and on this Redskins defense, he would team perfectly with Montez Sweat, the organization’s first round pick a year ago.
