Mecole Hardman didn’t just enjoy The Last Dance, it has him inspired to help create a dynasty with the Kansas City Chiefs.
The parties haven’t quite stopped in Kansas City, as Chiefs fans remain fired up after the team took down the San Francisco 49ers for the Super Bowl triumph. Already, those in the KC area are dreaming of going back-to-back, with Patrick Mahomes and Co. leading the way.
Ever since early February, Chiefs stars have made it clear this is only the beginning for the AFC West powerhouse.
This week on Twitter, young wide receiver Mecole Hardman doubled down on that notion, reaching out to Mahomes to let the stud quarterback know he’s ready to make things happen.
@PatrickMahomes I’m watching the #TheLastDance .. What you think about going back to back? 🏆🏆

Those are the words of a confident man.
A second-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, Hardman had an impressive rookie campaign for the Chiefs. The 5-foot-10, 190-pounder hauled in 26 balls for 538 yards and six touchdowns. He showcased his blazing speed time and time again for the champs.
As for Mahomes, he put up video game-type numbers, throwing for 4,031 yards and 26 touchdowns. Few have forgotten his showing against the 49ers, where he threw for 286 yards and two scores, leading to Super Bowl LIV honors.
Patrick Mahomes already has a league MVP and Super Bowl MVP under his belt.
Now he admits he didn’t even know how to read defenses (tendencies) until the second half of last season. 🤯
Opposing teams…. good luck.

With both Mahomes and Hardman, plus the countless other standouts this team features on both sides of the ball, hungry for another Super Bowl title, opposing defenses should already be worried about trying to take them down once the 2020 campaign arrives. It’ll be easier said than done, we know that much for sure.
