Tom Brady has offered Antonio Brown a place at his house

New England Patriots

New England Patriots future Hall of Fame quarterback Tom Brady does whatever he can to help his new pass-catchers feel acclimated, and he’s going a step beyond for Antonio Brown.

On Saturday, the New England Patriots shocked the NFL world when they signed Antonio Brown, who will join Josh Gordon and Julian Edelman to form one of the best wide receiver trios in recent memory. Brown’s exits from the Pittsburgh Steelers and Oakland Raiders may have made other teams and fanbases reluctant, but Bill Belichick is always willing to take the plunge on a talented – and maybe even misunderstood or mismanaged – wide receiver.

Tom Brady is undoubtedly looking forward to hooking up with one of the best wide receivers of this generation. So much so that Al Michaels stated on the Sunday Night Football podcast that Brady offered Brown a chance to move in with him while he gets settled. Michaels obtained this information through a conversation with Brown’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus.

Even for multi-millionaire football players, moving cities and settling in to a new environment is extremely difficult. Even though Brady has played his entire career in New England, he understands the difficulties Brown faces, especially after a tumultuous offseason that involved two of the messiest team-related break-ups possible.

Surely, Brown will accept the offer to live with arguably the greatest quarterback in NFL history, as Brown likely has designs on becoming known as the greatest wide receiver in league history. Winning at least one Super Bowl ring will be critical for him, since he already has piled up jaw-dropping stats in Pittsburgh.

Getting on the same page as Brady on and off the field would help Brown greatly, and those two would definitely be all about business, working out and film breakdowns if they chose to live in the same quarters.
