5. Improved options on O-Line

An area the Dolphins needed to improve this offseason was their offensive line. Through the draft and acquiring undrafted free agents, the Dolphins certainty have given themselves more options for 2020.

Most notably, the Dolphins drafted offensive tackle Austin Jackson in the first round. The former starting left tackle at USC was named First-Team All-Pac 12 before forgoing his senior season to enter the NFL Draft. Miami also drafted a guard known for his run blocking in Robert Hunt from Louisiana-Lafayette in the second round. Those two athletes have the potential to be impact players right out of the gate.
